Welcome to the AUX Bar- the newest bar and restaurant concept from Chef Steve Goff and Chef Mike Moore. With a collective 25 years of restaurant experience between the two and over seven years experience of producing stellar concepts with a magnet following centered around creative dining experiences- Chef Moore and Chef Goff now aim their focus on one concept together.
For almost a decade, we have been proud to assist with bridging collaboration of independent chefs with our local communities in Asheville, Raleigh-Durham and across the state of North Carolina through The Blind Pig Supper Club. In February of 2018, Chef Mike Moore and Chef Steve Goff expanded into the beautiful and historic brick and mortar on 68 N. Lexington Avenue in Downtown Asheville. We offer a full service bar and restaurant with a focus on American cuisine of seasonal and locally grown offerings as well as an outdoor patio bar and grill which hosts numerous community supporting events open to the public.
